🛒 You’ll Need:

1 egg (or more, depending on your air fryer space)

Cooking spray or oil

Ramekins or silicone muffin cups

1–2 tablespoons of hot water (per ramekin)

Salt & pepper (optional)
⚙️ Instructions:

Prep Your Ramekins:

Lightly grease the inside of each ramekin or silicone cup with cooking spray or a dab of oil.

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot water to each ramekin.

Crack the Egg:

Gently crack one egg into each prepared ramekin, over the water.

Air Fry:

Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 2–3 minutes.

Place the ramekins carefully in the air fryer basket.

Cook for 5–6 minutes for soft poached eggs (runny yolk), or 7–8 minutes for firmer whites and medium yolk.

Remove & Serve:

Carefully lift the ramekins out with tongs or oven mitts (they’ll be hot!).
