Ingredients

2 cans (8-count each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)

2 medium apples (Honeycrisp, Gala, or similar), peeled & chopped

4 tbsp melted butter

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon
-
1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)

1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prep

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2. Cut & Combine
-
Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.

In a large bowl, add:

cinnamon roll pieces
-
chopped apples
-
melted butter
-
brown sugar
-
cinnamon & nutmeg
-
vanilla
-

Gently toss until everything is coated.
3. Bake

Spread the mixture evenly in your baking dish.

Bake 28–35 minutes, or until the rolls are cooked through and golden.
4. Icing
-
Warm the icing packets briefly (10 seconds in microwave).

Drizzle over the hot bake.
